What do we do when all we have left
Are the memories left after death?
How should we feel when the one we knew
Has his ashes spread as the wind blew?

Where do we go for consolation
To cry out from our desperation?
Who do we turn to awaken the dead
To ask to take someone else instead?

Questions with no answers
The draw the line more blurred
When there are no more dancers
Or the music that we heard.


Why are we left to hold onto rage
Since our friend has been freed from this cage?
When will our mourning turn into light
So we can try to sleep again at night?

If  there aren't answers I want to know
Why his spirit is felt in our souls?
